Drawing on more than 16 years of experience spanning in Public industry, Cybersecurity, Engineering and Coaching. CJ became a 'transition-expert' excelling in all thing’s communication, strategic logistics, operations, and administration. He has the ability to explain complex subjects in simple terms using rapport, creativity, humor, visuals, kinesthetics and real-life stories based on his experiences over the years.

CJ achieved senior leadership within the Department of Defense earlier in his career by having the capability to understand the vision and mission and with the personalability to work hard to achieve both. He had an opportunity to venture into coaching to assist in further expanding his natural talents and the mission to lead teams to new founded success. By doing so he also has achieved a professional goal of becoming a Board Certified Coach (BCC) an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC), an alumnus of Erickson Coaching International, and is a contributor of the Federal Coaching Network. CJ has been coaching officially for five years, however, has been a keynote speaker, mentor and coach for over 10 years within the DoD. He provides coaching in the following disciplines of Executive Business Leadership, Personal Development, and Motivational, he incorporates Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and is a certified Hypnotherapist.

As a lifelong learner, he believes that integrated change, development, learning, and growth are only possible when we become intrinsically motivated and reflective practitioners. Aside from being a small business owner, CJ has supported the DoD mentoring team for the past 10 years. CJ has more than 16 years working in consulting, research, strategic planning, business development and marketing.
