Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 3 business days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 25% convenience fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will incur a 50% convenience fee. I understand that I am reserving a session date and time so reservations for this event are nonrefundable. Rescheduling sessions are determined based off of availability.
